Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KeepBil service ("the Service") provided by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ([SSM NO.]) ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

KeepBil is an invoice and expense tracking tool, including AI-assisted receipt capture, invoicing, reporting, and export features. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Accounts & access

Each client is provided a private workspace accessed by password and, optionally, two-factor login. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Trials, plans & payment

• We may offer a free trial period. At the end of a trial, write access (creating or editing records) is disabled until the account is activated on a paid plan; you retain read and export access to your existing records.
• Paid plans are billed as agreed at sign-up. Fees are stated in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) unless otherwise specified.
• Billing is currently handled manually; activation follows confirmation of payment.

4. Your data & responsibilities

You retain ownership of the data you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you submit, and for ensuring your use of the Service (including any tax filings or e-Invoice submissions you base on it) complies with applicable law. KeepBil's outputs — including consolidation guides and reports — are tools to assist you and do not constitute tax, accounting, or legal advice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other clients' data, overload or disrupt the infrastructure, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

6. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the preceding [3] months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, you may request a copy of your data within a reasonable period.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
